As a Senior Project Manager, Standards Management, you will be the owner of the standardization strategy on behalf of the entire FFEx, ensuring alignment between equipment work packages, production modules, operational readiness and Line of Business on managing equipment standards governance.
This work will shape how we introduce and maintain standards and related processes at our new production facilities across the globe. Standards are predefined guidelines used to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in various processes and operations such as implementing, updating, or introducing equipment or processes. They are essential for maintaining uniformity and excellence across different sites and functions within FFEx.
This is a complex position, where you need to use a wide range of project management and LEAN tools and facilitate involvement from stakeholders while driving execution.
Your main responsibilities will include: Defining how we maintain equipment standards within FFEx, including scope, process, content, and participants Driving the implementation of the process for maintaining standards together with the equipment standard owners Fostering collaboration with process groups, Device Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering (Asset Management), and FFEx sites This position will involve coordinating with our global sites, with an anticipated travel frequency of 3-6 trips per year. Qualifications
You have a LEAN mindset and proven experience in project management, change management stablishing systems.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications: Strong collaboration, stakeholder and communication skills to drive alignment with operational standards, equipment owners and Line of Business Knowledge of standards and the ability to develop and execute processes for maintaining those standards Solid understanding of GMP requirements Experience in facilitating learning sharing and establishing handover processes across departments Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing standards and regulations is a plus On a personal level, you are diplomatic, good with people and understand how to foster collaboration and co-creation. You are able to work structured and efficiently manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Furthermore, you have strong English language proficiency. About the department
