At Billund Aquaculture A/S we are specialists in designing, producing, and installing parts for land-based fish farms. We are expanding and growing in projects, project size, and new geographical areas.
We are offering a new position as Project Manager, who will be part of the existing team of project managers.
Task and responsibilities
You will refer to the company’s COO. You will typically be connected to 1-2 projects at the same time, where you will take the lead role of project manager. You will be part of all the project phases from concept and definition to commissioning and handover to client.
You will be responsible for managing, controlling, organizing and report on quality, time, cost, and commercial/contractual matters.
Daily tasks could be:
You will be working abroad in relation to smaller business trips for meetings during the different project phases.
Your main workstation will be in our HQ in Billund, Denmark.
About you
Are you a competent project manager with experience from complex projects with integration of process systems into larger construction projects.
We are a main supplier into complete RAS-system implemented into larger building, which include typically construction management, mechanical installation, understanding of automation, electrical installations, and biological processes. Therefore, it is important that you have experience from some of these fields.

- Lead the project together with the discipline leads of different specialist areas
- Plan and lead the construction phase including ensuring proper procurement processes
- Be responsible for the project budget and reporting
- Drive collaboration in the teams internally and externally
- Manage and motivate a multicultural and multidisciplined project team
You will be working abroad in relation to smaller business trips for meetings during the different project phases.
Your main workstation will be in our HQ in Billund, Denmark.
About you
Are you a competent project manager with experience from complex projects with integration of process systems into larger construction projects.
- Your professional background is in construction engineering, process engineer, electrical engineer, mechanical engineer or similar.
- You will contribute with your experience in technical, economical, project management, stake management to further develop our company and succeed with our projects.
- You can ensure a smooth and efficient project execution with your project team, and can handle multiple task and challenges at the same time
- You can handle external stakeholders to ensure the best result for the project and our company.
- you are honest and can maintain our good long-term relations to our clients – this is a key factor for our company culture.
- You can communicate fluently in oral and written English and are used to work with different cultures internally and externally.
- You are able to have 40-60 travel days/yearly.
