How to contribute to our vision
Our Project Managers are realizing the contracts for windfarms that have been signed between Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE) and the customer. The typical contracts would include manufacture, transport and installation up to final commissioning of wind turbines at the customers project site.
You will be at the spot where everything comes together and we make green energy a reality. You will interact closely with construction sites and ensure every puzzle piece fits together so we realize these projects in time. You will consult with customers on technical solutions.
In this role you will have the full responsibility for execution of Onshore Wind projects in Scandinavia and you will coordinate the overall planning of the projects and decide on allocation of resources. You will monitor milestones and adherence to budgets, and initiate actions to minimize non-conformance cost.
You will manage and coordinate all temporarily assigned project staff.

The ideal candidate has Master degree within a relevant area – it would be a great advantage if you have a technical background.
You have a proven track record of project management experience (minimum 3 years) – ideally you have a project management certification (e.g. PMI or IPMA)
As you will be in constant communication with customers, outside contractors or other stakeholders it is very important the you are an excellent communicator and have structured approach to your work.
