For our Offshore Technology department in Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy in Brande, Denmark, we are looking for an assistant PM to support project and portfolio management activities.
As assistant PM you will be leading various activities to support project- and portfolio management both on an operational level, as well as on tactical level to improve our tools and ways of working. You will experience to have own areas and tasks of responsibility, which you plan and execute in close coordination with the team, your colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation.
How to contribute to our vision
You will support our organisation with continuous focus, follow up and reporting on resource and risk management to ensure full alignment and quality of the data that is used for portfolio decisions.
Other tasks and responsibilities will be defined according to prioritized activities in the team, and can include topics like coordination of improvement tracks within processes, tools and methods, as well as operational support on both portfolio and project level.
The impact of your work will help the organisation improve in resource and risk management, and thereby enable proactive management and decision management on portfolio and project level.
At the same time you will help us improve on a continuous basis, and thereby increase our ability to deliver our projects to bring sustainable business value.

- Preferably have a background or some experience within project and/or process management
- Preferably have a relevant degree engineering combined with a wish to work within the field of project management
- Are able to operate with standard IT tools, and preferably also more complex / dedicated IT tools for planning, reporting, database, data visualization etc.
- Possess strong communication skills in English, both orally and in writing
