Strategy Manager
Nilfisk is a leading global player within the professional cleaning industry with 5.000 employees worldwide. We are currently undergoing a strategic transformation from a product-oriented manufacturer to a customer-driven global solutions partner, where investments in new technologies and the intelligent use of data will enable us to meet our customers’ demands more effectively.
The Nilfisk Next is our transformational strategy launched in 2018, which will guide us to position Nilfisk as the global leader in intelligent cleaning. We envision to achieve three core business objectives; to become a global company, a solution partner and a digital leader.
Play a key role in our global strategic transformation
In order to succeed with the global strategic transformation, we are looking for a Strategy Manager, which will become part of the team Market Intel & Strategy, which part of Field Marketing in our Europe & Pacific Region. The team is responsible for strengthening our strategic muscle throughout the region in close collaboration with our Global Business Development team in Sales and remaining functions.
As a Strategy Manager you can expect exposure to a wide variety of commercial tasks and projects related to go-to-market strategies, customer experience, commercial planning and execution. You will lead your own projects while supporting our sales and marketing organization in creating impact on ongoing basis.
One of the first commercial initiatives you will lead is our Dealer Programme, where you will drive the design and execution of an updated go-to-market strategy and improved dealer experience with the overall purpose of establishing new and strengthening existing partnerships. The Dealer Programme spans across sales, service, marketing and customer service and is initiated to drive sales growth, improve our margins and finally improve our Net Promoter Score. The Programme is essential for in positioning Nilfisk among the strongest players in the market.
You will be based in the HQ of Nilfisk located in Brøndby (Greater Copenhagen).
Who are you?
You hold a master’s degree and have preferably 3-5 years of experience in a leading consulting company or a similar position in the industry. We expect you to be passionate and dedicated about leading others and driving projects forward. You have a pragmatic approach and are willing to support projects with what it takes to succeed.
