Due to an increasing portfolio of projects CBRE are looking to hire a Project Coordinator to help orchestrate technical and contract delivery teams through a project governance process that is flexible and agile to meet the outcomes of our technology client.
As a CBRE Project Coordinator supporting and engagement with our customers will be at the heart of each delivery. The successful candidate will be able to apply best practical practice to a range of office and data centre focused project deliveries.
You will be working with multiple disciplines to orchestrate and oversee a broad range of strategically important Customer deliveries from kick-off to closure. You will have the satisfaction of working with and learning from a first class and experienced team that understands the important of risk management and quality timely delivery.

You will be working with multiple disciplines to orchestrate and oversee a broad range of strategically important Customer deliveries from kick-off to closure. You will have the satisfaction of working with and learning from a first class and experienced team that understands the important of risk management and quality timely delivery.
The primary tasks are:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Customer whilst also holding the Customer accountable to the agreed contract
- Engagement of the right resources, partnering with internal and external delivery team leading to successful outcomes within the scope of any agreement
- Application of monitoring and controlling techniques to identify and mitigate project risk and issues, whilst leading a safety-first approach throughout end-to-end project delivery
- Regular engagement and financial reporting to both Customers and CBRE stakeholders
To succeed in the position, we expect that you:
- Are prepared to live by CBREs RISE Values (Respect, Integrity, Service and Expertise) at all times including difficult and challenging circumstances
- Feel confident and energized from working with a range of people and personnel across differing backgrounds and disciplines
- Can demonstrate two years of project delivery, facilities management or office migration experience
- Have a good grasp of spoken and written Danish and English language
