The company have specialized themselves in offshore wind, oil & gas and power generation, where they deliver projects, solutions and manpower to the global energy sector. Their activities are currently in the offshore wind markets in Europe, Taiwan and the USA.
Your new role
As Manager for Substation SCADA/Protection Department you will be responsible for recruitment, employee development and performance management for the department. Additionally, it is a key task for this position
to ensure a consistent focus on driving cost-efficiencies. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the area lead structure in the department and strategic supplier development.
What you'll need to succeed
This position requires a Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or similar. Additionally, it is essential to have relevant experience within the SCADA/Automation industry. You are focused, solution-oriented and structured in your way of working. You have previous experience with EPC management and are used to coping with complex tasks.
Experience with offshore wind projects is considered a plus, but it is not a pre-requisite for this position.
