Semco Maritime is looking for a Project Manager for the FireFighting System projects
to work together with a strong team of experienced project managers and engineers
who are all dedicated to deliver optimal solutions that meet the needs of the customers
in the Offshore Wind Farm as well as Oil & Gas across the world.
This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your career within project
management of FireFighting System projects.
What your daily work will be:
It is important that you are passionate about your job and manage to keep your team
motivated. You are able to work with all aspects of project planning and will be
responsible for projects on site. You will ensure that customers are well informed and
that any unforeseen problems are handled in cooperation with the customers.
You have a strong visible profile and communicate well at all organizational levels. You
take initiative and approach the tasks with a firm structure.
The position as Project Manager is an interesting and challenging job in a dynamic and

Your responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for completing financial scopes and
projects according to time schedules and to the satisfaction of customers. In addition,
you will manage your team and sub suppliers according to the managerial values of
Semco Maritime.
Your qualifications:
Educational background:
Marine Engineer, Bachelor of Engineering, FireFighting, Mechanical, Piping or
other relevant background.

Your qualifications:
- You need to have a strong technical profile.
- Experience in managing projects within; machine construction, Offshore Wind Farm Industry, Oil & Gas or other relevant industries with multidiscipline, mechanical or piping projects.
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Good communication skills and fluent in oral and written English is a must.
- Able to handle all commercial aspects when cooperating with customers. You see the big picture and manage finance, HSEQ, management and customer requests determinedly and with experience.
- Experince with FireFigthing projects, offshore and yard work will be in advance.
Educational background:
