Field Project Manager, Atopic Dermatitis
About the Opportunity
A new interesting opportunity has become available within the Sanofi Genzyme team for a Field Project Manager, Atopic Dermatitis role. In this role you will be accountable for the planning and execution of sales strategy and efficient activities for the therapeutic areas Dupixent in Atopic Dermatitis in Denmark. You will be responsible for the execution of the local brand plan based on the global strategy, the development of materials for defined stakeholders and the driving of specific product/disease related activities and projects. This will require a coordinated, cross-functional approach with Medical Affairs as well as an engaging with health care professionals aims to achieve budgeted sales targets for designated products on local level.
This is a Field-based job covering West Denmark, regular travel is required but no location preferred for the candidate.

In this role you will….
- Be responsible for launch, post launch of Dupixent in AD as well as other derm indications to come
- Be responsible for achievement of defined sales targets and monitor sales against stated objectives and initiate corrective actions as needed
- Build strong relationships with KOLs and key customers to identify customer needs and drive commercial development and build brand advocates
- Monitor and analyze market dynamics, market potential and competitive situation and be responsible for targeting and segmentation of key customers
- Plan and execute on meetings/education of KOLs, nurses and other relevant stakeholders in close collaboration with colleagues
- Participate, collaborate cross functionally in Dk and across NE organization.
- Stay up-dated on national/regional market access processes affecting access to product portfolio work in close collaboration with local market access team to support market access activities
- Ensure good understanding and insight in pricing/value & access environment to proactively capture opportunities and mitigate challenges.
- Educate doctors, nursing staff and hospital pharmacists regarding product and disease area
- Target various HCP specialty areas to identify and diagnose new patients within AD
- Support implementation of medical projects focusing on the identification of patients
- Contribute to competitive intelligence and market research to share insights and identify opportunities according to the define product strategy, promotional tools, and documentation
- Participate in product specific brand team meetings on national and NOBA/NE level
- Develop/co-create relevant materials for target groups as local materials when needed due to local compliance rules – otherwise global/Ne material to be used/localized
- Drive patient journey through support & development of disease awareness elements in close collaboration with FPM/Stakeholder Engagement Lead
About you
Qualifications/ Education & work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales with specialty care products (immunology/dermatology preferred)
- Nurse or Bachelors / Master’s in economics, biology, public health science education
- Proven excellent clinical selling skills
- Launch experience in speciality care, and preferranly with biologic treatments
- Knowledge in digital initiatives
- High personal drive and commitment and willingness to take responsibility.
- Self-motivate and flexible personality
- Able to work in teams and yet self-driven
- Able to work in a matrix organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and collaboratively cross- functionally
- Ability to work under pressure in balancing a large number of differing tasks within a limited deadline and ability to prioritize.
- Good analytical skills with an emphasis on problem solving
- High level of knowledge relating to the treatment of highly specialized disease area
- LIF certificate
- At all times hold a valid driver’s license
- Fluent in written and oral English and Danish
- Ability to travel frequently
