Your position
You will be a part of our Oil & Gas division which consists of approximately 500 dedicated colleagues in Denmark and 500 dedicated colleagues in UK divided into three areas, Projects, Service and Manpower, ranging from technicians and engineers to on- and offshore blacksmiths and electricians. Our customers are in the Oil & Gas industry, Wind industry and in the energy industry in general.
As our new Senior Project Manager, you will be leading the Projects Organisation, both managing, supporting, and executing daily services within the following areas:

Your main responsibility will be to manage and lead a large, diverse team of technical and support staff, both directly and through lower-level managers and supervisors. Here you will drive a culture of safety, integrity, and compliance.

- Piping and structural work
- Electrical and instrumentation
Your tasks & responsibilities
Your main responsibility will be to manage and lead a large, diverse team of technical and support staff, both directly and through lower-level managers and supervisors. Here you will drive a culture of safety, integrity, and compliance.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Participating in the development and ensuring the implementation of short- and long-term plans and initiatives
- Providing inspiring leadership and motivating your teams by providing direction and assigning clear roles and responsibilities
- Ensuring that our project deliveries are within time, quality, and cost targets
- Monthly Project reviews to ensure accountability of all project activities
- Developing and managing complex, multi-faceted budgets and business plans

- Educational background from the technical or engineering field
- Extensive Project Management experience, preferably from complex OPEX projects within Oil & Gas
- Experience with client relations/stakeholder management
- Great communication skills in English, written and verbal, as well as fluency in Danish is preferred
