Customer focused Project Assistant for innovative green tech solutions

If yes, this opening as Project Assistant at Green Hydrogen Systems might be the perfect position for you.

Green Hydrogen Systems is ready to take on a position as one of the world’s leaders in developing and producing electrolysis plants that use electricity from renewable energy and water to produce green hydrogen.

In your position you work alongside our Project Manager and together you effectively guide the projects and project teams, and make sure you successfully deliver the project goals.

You coordinate project objectives, facilitate communication and assist with administrative tasks.


An exciting role in a green tech company
You will be part of project teams for different smaller and larger projects. You ensure that we maintain high customer satisfaction and transparency in our processes and the way we work.

You can administer several projects simultaneously and wish to be part of a dynamic and innovative project department.

Your main deliveries and responsibilities will be to:

  • Support the Project Manager and project team members

  • Handle documentation related to the projects


  • Create project plans and templates

  • Arrange customer and project meetings

  • Coordinate tasks around logistics

  • Project reporting

  • Ad hoc project and administrative related tasks



Does it sound like you?
You probably have an education as office assistant or something similar within administration or project management. Maybe you have expanded your theoretical background with some additional courses and training within project management. Most importantly, you have some years of experience from a similar position working with customer projects.

As for your IT skills, you have solid experience with Microsoft Office and preferably knowledge of SAP by design and SharePoint.

Green Hydrogen Systems is a very international organisation. Therefore, you must master Danish and English at a professional level.

As a person you bring energy, curiosity and willingness to learn. You are a team player, open to cross functional dialogues and contribute to a positive work environment.

About Green Hydrogen Systems A/S
Green Hydrogen Systems A/S is a developer and manufacturer of standardised and modular mobile electrolysis plants solely based on renewable and sustainable energy. Our electrolysis plants produce green hydrogen from water and renewable energy.
