Project Coordinator
Can you provide high-quality administrative support to ensure the excellent performance of our team?
On behalf of Ørsted, Randstad is seeking a skilled project coordinator for an offshore project – project hire from sep/oct 2019 - dec 2020 (may be prelonged).
Join Ørsted and become a project coordinator in Project Support where you will be a focal point for a large group of colleagues in our matrix set-up. As the go-to person for administrative tools and processes, you will play an important role when it comes to maintaining a great working environment for the team.
Tasks
• Prepare reporting: monthly status, progress, newsletter
• Prepare documentation and presentations for meetings: status/progress; steering committee; kick-off; supplier meetings, etc.
• Plan and coordinate meetings and events
• Maintain resource documents: org charts, contact lists, resource overviews, SAP Project Team
• Maintain PMP
• Introduce new project members to the project
• Support the use of internal systems: Doreco, SAP, SharePoint, Synergy, Sherlock as well as Microsoft Office
• Support Project Management in maintaining the stakeholder analysis and communication plans
• Create and maintain the project-specific DECA workspace
Your role will be both broad and varied and it is therefore important that you have the ability to prioritise your tasks and structure your workday accordingly. You must be professional and enjoy working with many different personalities and cultures.
Responsibilities
• Ensure correct use of systems in accordance with internal policies
• Project administration
• Coordinate meetings and events
• Support project workflows
• Onboard new project members
• Project mailboxes, calendars and project web (Workspace)
• Superuser/provide support to the use of IT programs and systems
Your competences include that you
enjoy the supportive role, are outgoing and take initiative to add value to your own and your colleagues’ deliverables
are self-driven, independent and able to take initiatives on your own
have a service-minded, proactive and positive approach to your work
have experience working with projects in a matrix organisation
speak and write English fluently
thrive in an international environment and are able to create good relationships with your stakeholders.
Workplace: Ørsted, Skærbæk
Startup: September/October
Working hours: Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. (37 hours per week)
Travel activities to Copenhagen and Holland approx. twice a month
