The position
In this position, you will join the Supply Chain team, reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Europe.
You will play a pivotal role in servicing our numerous sites across APAC, the Middle East, and Africa. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that manufacturing and deliveries align with the needs and forecasts of our global sites. As our new Global Demand Planner, you will experience a dynamic and ever-changing workday, collaborating with skilled employees from diverse countries and cultures in a truly global work environment.
In this role, you will be at the heart of many business-driven activities, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. Expect a diverse role characterized by empowerment and a steep learning curve. You will lead the establishment of processes within demand planning, inventory management, NPI, phase-out, reporting, and more.
You will facilitate the monthly forecast planning process and act as the crucial link between our global sites and key stakeholders at our HQ in Denmark. Representing Supply Chain, you will be a valuable contributor to many of ’s development projects, collaborating across functions and utilizing your exceptional project management skills.
Given the global scope of this position, some travel can be expected.
Your profile
To be considered for this role, you should have approximately three years of relevant experience as a Demand Planner. You hold an MSc in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
You have developed valuable project management skills, particularly in product launches and phase-out projects. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be a key facilitator and communicator. You enjoy interacting with a wide range of stakeholders and can effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, from the CEO to warehouse staff.
Proficiency in BI and Excel is expected, and experience with Dynamics 365 or other ERP and planning tools will be highly beneficial. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
You are analytical and proactive in your approach to work, and most importantly, you enjoy having fun while achieving ambitious goals.
