About the role
We are looking for a Project Assistant to join our team of more than 20 highly skilled Project Assistants in the Project Assistance department in Portfolio & Project Management. As a team, we delivery crucial support to our project teams and -managers, in order to delivering top-tier pharma engineering solutions to our customers.

As a Project Assistant, you’ll be:
- Handling general administration for projects from start to customer handover, including supporting the project group, preparing presentations, administrating project documents, and planning and coordinating bookings
- Collaborating with different stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure efficient cooperation in the project teams
- Fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the project management team
- Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards across all project management activities
- Developing Project Assistants best practices and execute trainings in the organization
- Contributing to the ongoing strategic tracks headed by Portfolio & Project Management Area

- Background in administration, with a strong understanding of project execution, preferably within an engineering or consultancy company
- Proficiency in Dalux, including administration and daily operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Proven ability to drive results, manage priorities, and navigate complex organizational dynamics
- Excellent in both Danish and English
