About the department
Biopharm AP New Product Entry & Projects are responsible for introducing new products, as well as equipment and facility projects. You will be part of a department with approx. 35 experienced employees specialized in technical and process management. We provide support to an aseptic filling area with employees who produce biopharmaceutical products. Production includes formulation, filling, freeze drying and inspection, and is characterized by complex processes, supported by employees with high professionalism and commitment.
The position
As our new Technical Project Manager, you will have a challenging and varied position with primary responsibility within project execution. Various projects that you will be working on consist of optimization projects (e.g. aseptic improvement projects on the filling lines), implementation of major production equipment as well as implementation of innovative technologies such as industrial robots.
Furthermore, the project work consists of creating project scope, time schedules, budget etc. as well as participation in design of solutions, planning / participation in qualification and final implementation in production. You will have many priorities and stakeholders to work with and thus will act as a key player in implementation of solutions that occurs mainly during regular shutdown periods.
Moreover, you will work in close dialogue with many different employee groups both inside and outside the department and will participate in inspections from authorities or internal audits. You will also be responsible for cGMP compliance of your own area.
Qualifications
You have a Master’s degree in technical background backed by experience working with technically complicated equipment’s. You have practical experience with project management and wish to participate in and manage projects from A-Z. Previous experience with aseptic production will be considered a big plus. Furthermore, you have experience with/good insight into working according to GMP, including the creation of adequate documentation as well as handling change requests. You master both hands-on and theoretical trouble shooting and have good verbal and written fluency in English and preferably also in Danish or Swedish.
As a person, you are social and positive by nature. Moreover, you are proactive, solution-oriented and knowledge sharing is natural to you. You work systematically and are committed to your work and your colleagues. In addition, you are naturally good at collaborating and communicating across all professional groups and can manage a high workload at times without losing sight.
