People Project Manager - Change Communication Lead

As our new Change Communication Lead, you will act as a communication partner to our People Project Managers, the Project Managers and the Group PMO by delivering engaging communication plans, communication pieces and implementing these into our programs. You will be responsible for shaping and executing communication plans, suiting the change management and project agenda on our portfolio, where you initially will be dedicated to our business transformation and global ERP solution program – One Process.
The challenge
You will be our go-to-specialist in translating feedback, business/change strategies and challenges into communication plans and actions that elevates the programs credibility and firmly positions the program as the future of how to conduct business in Scandinavian Tobacco Group. This is a great opportunity for a change communication professional who wants to influence the biggest digitalization and transformation journey the Group has seen to this date.
Your responsibilities
• Plan and execute activities linked to the change activities of our One Process program
• Create content to suit the change journey, amongst others key messages, newsletters, speech/presentation writing, video production (with external help if needed)
• Deploy and execute the content in our respective channels utilizing your experience to identify optimal communication channel to support the objective
• Advise, train and support project managers with regards to change/leadership communication efforts
• Write content for our internal platforms
• Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure sponsor and project support for communication activities
• Take part in other internal communications meetings to ensure streamlined and coherent storytelling
• Gathering, assessing, comprising and creating meaningful reports and presentations that ultimately gets presented to senior stakeholders within the organization
What we are looking for
To be successful in this role you will need experience in building, leading, driving and executing change communication plans from big international projects. In addition we are looking for the following experience:
• You have at least 6 years’ of post-school experience within corporate communications with documented results
• Experience working with big transformation projects in an international context
• Experience in engaging and consulting with senior stakeholders in relation to change communication
• A degree in communication, public relation, journalism or similar
• You are detail-oriented and have high business acumen to know when perfection is needed
• You are a good storyteller and can build a narrative in a story suitable to the audience
• You are structured and able to prioritize and deliver on a wide range of deliverables simultaneously
• You should be fluent in English, both written and spoken
