As Project Manager, you will work together with global colleagues and potential external partners creating project plans, facilitating workshops, and ensuring our goals are met. All these elements contribute to increasing shareholder value and our ability to meet compliance regulations. The job

As the role spans multiple time zones, flexibility is vital.
Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Align your project management efforts with the Group Projects’ Portfolio Management Office guidelines and templates where applicable
• Provide content and train STG colleagues on our sustainability work when necessary

• Create or aid in the creation of slides and speaker notes for Executive Board, Board of Directors and external communications
• Think change management (the people side) into your projects. ADKAR experience is a plus
• Help to build & drive the Sustainability agenda and the CoE (Center of Excellence) within STG and our markets as an ambassador and input giver to the Head of Sustainability
What is needed to succeed?
In addition to having at least 3 years of project management experience and strong communication skills, preferably, you also have experience within Sustainability. You are accustomed to working in an international environment with many projects. You have a proven track record in delivering targets, and quickly understand how our business is run. You are a doer, get your hands dirty, and are seen as a helpful colleague. You can speak to all levels in the organization, and you find an inner ignition in having many ongoing activities.
