Technical project manager sought for operation and project management in Denmark's
only elevator production company (Gilleleje)
Do you want to manage and and optimize orders of our ongoing products for delivery and installation and take partial responsibility for both the technical, expenses and quality-oriented aspects? At the same time as helping to lift the responsibility for the units that are in order being produced and delivered on time and in the right quality? HYDRO-CON is a small company with more than 30 years of experience in developing, producing and installing elevators and lifts. Our products are Danish designed, high quality, meet norms and standards, and guarantee a long shelf life and longevity.
We are looking for a technical project manager who will work as a central part of managing the production and delivery of our orderline. The position is referenced and will take place in close collaboration with our project, production and installation team. Work must be expected primarily at our factory in Gilleleje, but also at facilities around the country.
Here are some of the tasks you will be co-responsible for:
● Technical customer dialog.
● Project management.
● Ressource planning.
● Leading of installation and production teams (10-15 guys).
● Technical issue handling.
● Handover of units to customers.
● QA/QC inspections on work.
● Is responsible of safety in production and installation teams.
● Is responsible for fully functional and safe unit after handover.
● Is responsible for meeting deadlines for projects.
● Is responsible for project budget and expenses.
● Customer dialogue about technical matters, logistics and timeschedules/deadlines.
● Quality control of installed units.
● Handover of finished units.
● Calculations, budgets and cost handling as well as optimization of the orders.
● Preparation of documentation, manuals, drawings, risk assessment and CE marking.
We think the following might suit you well:
● Mechanical tech background or experience, preferably in the field of machinery or electrical
● Leading experiences.
● You have around 5 years of work experience.
● You can work independently but also work well in a team.
● You put a virtue in meeting strict deadlines and fulfill budgets.
● You are not willing to compromise on quality, and are safety conscious.
● You work in a structured and process-oriented way.
● You are dutiful, outreach, and are not afraid to take responsibility.
