You will be part of an energetic Business Change Management department that comprises highly competent colleagues who are driven by the ambition to lead successful change management projects. While we are based in Denmark, we have BCM colleagues in/from most European countries.
As a Process Specialist in our Operational Excellence Team within BCM Road, you will play a central role in driving and reinforcing changes. We offer a flexible role with great responsibility and opportunity to make a direct impact on the future successes of DSV Road - as part of a highly skilled and dedicated team of colleagues.
The position is based at our HQ in Hedehusene near Copenhagen.
More specifically, you will:
Process thinking and evident structural competences are big parts of the role, in addition to operational or financial experience within the logistics industry are considered big advantages for taking on this job role.
As all our projects are international, you can expect some international traveling.

- Be part of process descriptions, development and implementation of a new Transport Management System in DSV Road
- Be part of standardising and documenting end-to-end working processes and securing process excellence governance
- Be part of DSV largest change management programme on European scale.
- Be part of the continuous implementation and support our our future DSV Road processes.

As all our projects are international, you can expect some international traveling.
You are ready to drive change across DSV Road because you:
- have worked with business development and process optimization on a strategic high level
- have practical experiences with analyzing and optimizing processes as well as being able to document processes
- can stand your ground when challenged, and you know how to navigate and communicate at both top management and specialist level
- have experience and feel comfortable in training and communicating in front of a bigger audience.
- have knowledge of change management e.g. Prosci/ADKAR and can tackle resistance this is considered an advantage
- are comfortable in a busy environment where you work independently and self-supporting with many tasks running in parallel
- are innovative and can develop ideas that will create value and benefit the business
- have great communication skills while speaking and writing English fluently
