Everfuel’s mission is to enable European-wide production, distribution and fueling of 100% green hydrogen fuel at prices competitive to traditional fuels. They are growing rapidly, and are now looking for a motivated Project Manager, who wants to join their green hydrogen journey! Is that you?

You will be working as…
As Everfuel’s new Project Manager, you will be responsible for the project management of Everfuel’s construction projects. You will be building hydrogen fueling stations and electrolyzer facilities, managing the projects from the investment decision until the final handover to the Operations team. Your focus will be on leading the construction part of the projects while receiving support from the team’s Designers and Process Engineers to ensure successful project execution.

You should expect to be managing projects across Europe and you will, as such, be working in an international environment. As Everfuel is a young and entrepreneurial company you have the possibility to build new standards and best practices for project management in collaboration with your dedicated colleagues.

Your tasks:

  • Manage construction projects from investment decision until handover to the Operations team
  • Stakeholder management
  • Contact to and dialogue with authorities
  • Management of various consultants and suppliers
  • Drive standardization of best practice in cooperation with other parties in Everfuel
  • Support the Technology team in the development of new solutions and technologies

Your place of work will be at the “Everfuel Farm” in Høgild near Herning, Denmark. You will report directly to the COO and you will be part of an ever-growing team who are all dedicated to ensure that green hydrogen becomes a competitive alternative to fossil fuels. You are…
We imagine you have a relevant educational background most likely as a Building Engineer or similar. You are a successful Project Manager with a proven track record of at least 5 years in project management of construction projects from a consultancy perspective or as an entrepreneur. Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills are a necessity. You will be working in new business markets so you must have the courage, will and skills to find your way without the full knowledge of how.

We are looking for a fast learner with strong coordinating and communication talents. You will be responsible for 3-5 projects at a time, and you must therefore be able to work with the details while still maintaining the larger perspective and overview of the projects.

As a person you are ready to walk the extra mile to execute successful projects and you are trustworthy with good interpersonal skills where people enjoy working with you.

Requirements

  • Relevant education
  • Strong IT and Office365 skills
  • Experience with construction project management
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English

Advantages

  • Experience with MS Business Central/Navision
  • Experience from an entrepreneurial environment with steep growth
  • Danish and German in writing and orally for professional use
