The number of people with diabetes is increasing dramatically. Therefore, Novo Nordisk has expanded the insulin filling capacity in Denmark. The project has a high degree of complexity with cross organizational and global cooperation. About the department
The Metrology and Maintenance team is part of the Technical Support department in Diabetes Finished Products (DFP) site Hillerød which are responsible for the overall calibration activities and maintenance strategy in the new production facility. This include purchasing, implementing, validating and operating the calibration equipment and processes for the new facility. The department will consist of approximately 30 people divided into three teams: A Utility team, a Facility team and a Metrology and Maintenance team.
In the department we believe that good results are generate by a strong teamwork where we share our ideas and find the best possible solutions together. Your new colleagues will consist of both academics and technicians.
The job
As Metrology Professional you will be responsible for all calibration on the site during production, and you will secure that the equipment within your area of responsibility always are ready for inspection and audits. You will be responsible for ensuring that calibration processes are defined, anchored within the team and stakeholders, and it operates in full compliance with regulatory standards. You will manage external suppliers, including preparation and maintenance of Quality Agreements. You will handle all the documentation, including preparation of specification requirements for the users and handling of non-conformities.
Beside that you will participate in calibration related projects, to provide clear goals, effective project plan, follow up and report performance to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
Optimally you have a bachelor or master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or similar and have solid experience from the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, you have 2-5 years of experience with calibration.
It is crucial that you are able to network, collaborate and work at a high professional level, both internally and externally. We expect you to be able to work both independently and in teams, where your persuasiveness and dedication ensure buy-in from key stakeholders.
You have a strong sense of quality and know the importance of complying with the standards and regulations of an aseptic production environment. We expect you to be fluent in Danish and English. You are a social and positive type of person and you work in a proactive and solution-oriented manner. Knowledge sharing comes natural to you and you work systematically and with dedication to create extraordinary results together with your colleagues.
