About the department
In DFP (Diabetes Finished Products) Hillerød Project Management Office we are 29 highly qualified employees consisting of mainly project managers. We plan, prioritise and execute the largest projects at the site. We implement Novo Nordisk strategies in DFP Hillerød, which we proudly call the “The factory of the future”, which consists of a brand new 2,5 bDKK Aseptic Production as well as assembly- and packaging lines and employs around 700 people. DFP Hillerød produce the new blockbuster Ozempic® and we are the Diabetes FP launch site in Novo Nordisk.
The position
As our Validation Specialist your main task will be, together with your Quality Assurance and Line of Business colleagues, to ensure effective implementation of the new “Science and Risk based validation” concept. You will get the responsibility for the “DFP Hillerød Validation network” and it will be expected that you act as a role model when giving support and advice on process validation. Furthermore, you will be involved in some of the most complex projects by setting the validation strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and in periods you will participate actively in projects on shop floor and at vendors. Finally, you will be the go-to validation expert on site, where you will support and coach project managers within validation.
In other words, you will be quite visible in DFP Hillerød, being the specialist that colleagues and management will rely on to support our process validation approach. The expectations towards the Validations Specialist are high and the possibilities for making a difference are vast.
Qualifications
You have a Master degree within pharmacy, engineering or similar and preferable 5-10 years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry within process validation.
You are ready to take on responsibility, and you convey your knowledge and experience with a steady hand. We expect you to build trustful relations across the organisation and to competently enjoy being the expert your colleagues can count on for advice and sparring. You use your excellent cooperation skills when you manage your stakeholders both in- and externally to ensure reaching solutions that will meet both requirements and stakeholder interests. You are well-organised, independent and have a flexible but firm approach.
You are attracted by the opportunity to use your quality skills in a highly complex and ever-changing working environment. As we work in a global business environment, we expect you to be proficient in English, in speech as well as in writing. Danish is an advantage not a requirement.
