The position As our new Facility Project Manager, you will be joining a dynamic and experienced team of other project managers, engineers, and specialists. In the team we have a good team spirit and a great cross-functional collaboration. We worship a good sense of humor and an open and respectful mindset. Your main purpose will be driving the different project phases in construction of our administration building in Hillerød, which will be the main office of all employees in the API capacity expansion project 25L within the BRD area. You will be coordinating with the work package owner for the facility package. This position involves high stakeholder collaboration cross functionally with the other packages in the project and staff functions. Whilst you initially be mainly focused on establishment of the administration building, you will have the opportunity to take the next step in your professional development by gradually taking on more responsibilities within the next three years. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: A relevant academic background within construction engineering, mechanical engineering or similar. +2 years of project management experience Experience within construction in the pharmaceutical industry or similar industry within a GMP regulated environment. Experience at navigating a complex stakeholder landscape. Fluency in oral and written English. As a person, you enjoy collaborating, learning, and sharing information with others. You are driven by achieving great results together with colleagues. You are good at establishing relations, communicating clearly at all levels and have a high integrity and robustness that enable you to integrate different views in your decision-making process. Furthermore, we expect that you can stay firm when needed in the context of a dynamic environment. About the department Join us at 25L API Capacity Expansion and become a part of one of Novo Nordisk’s most significant expansion projects, embedded in Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD). In BRD, we are building a new API production facility in Hillerød that will employ around 340 colleagues. The highly automated production facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to accommodate new processes and products. We manufacture through complex chemical and biotechnological processes requiring a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees and including cultivation, recovery, purification and freeze-drying. It will also expand our portfolio of clinical late phase products and increase our capacity to serve more people living with rare disease and serious chronic diseases.
