The position
As a Project Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will: Manage cross-functional projects within construction, facilities, and utilities using your project management toolbox, cutting across several different job families, facilitating our expansion and growth and optimizing and developing processes. Support key decisions throughout the project, including milestones, and provide clear goals and purpose for the project team members. Organize project teams, assign responsibilities, develop project schedules, and determine resource requirements. Create effective and transparent systems, structures, and processes to drive the project, applying essential project management tools and methods. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, meeting scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have: Proven experience as a project manager, specializing in construction, engineering, facilities, and utilities. Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively. A degree in a relevant field is preferred. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Danish is considered highly beneficial. About the department
