Then this might be the position for you! We are looking for a new Senior IT Project Manager in the Project Management Office (PMO) in Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing (PS AM) Hillerød. Read on to find out more!
The position
As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the most complex IT projects in PS AM Hillerød called novoWMS, where the goal is to replace the existing Material Control System (MCS) with an updated and supported SAP EWM based platform. PS AM Hillerød is a frontrunner within technology and the Novo Nordisk production site with the highest level of automation in the warehouse and material handling processes. The current MCS is the backbone of the site and the novoWMS project is therefore one of the most critical and strategic important projects of the site.
The position will entail: Being Senior Project manager for a large project organisation and a 90+ MDKK project budget.
Being in close dialogue with line of business and all levels of management on the production site.
Operationalization of core project management tools to drive the project forward.
Contribute to developing the project team and create engagement among all stakeholders.
In this role, you will serve as a key focal point and a guiding presence for the entire site, acting as a "lighthouse" that provides direction, clarity, and support across all operations. Moreover, you will be a role model for other project managers providing direction, clarity and guidance to your project teams, as well as colleagues in PMO.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you have: A higher academic education within engineering, business, pharmaceutical or similar.
5-10 years of working experience as a Leader and/or extensive experience as an IT Project Manager and/ or implementing automated IT processes.
Project Management experience is mandatory.
Good communication skills with experience of working cross-functionally and building relations with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Full proficiency in English. Danish will be considered highly beneficial but not a requirement.
On a personal level, you are pro-active, curious, and great at handling stakeholders. You have a structured approach to your work, and you can juggle several tasks while prioritizing your efforts optimally by keeping the bigger picture in mind.
About the department
PMO is part of Production Support in AM Hillerød which is a part of the global production division Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT). In Production Support all highly qualified employees with different backgrounds strive for our common purpose to support the production and implement Novo Nordisk strategies in AM Hillerød, which right now calls for scaling to reach many more patients across the World.
The production at the site consists of all processes from formulation of the specific product, filling and inspecting the product, assembly into pens, packaging to orders and shipping the product out of the site towards the patients across the World.
The PMO department consists of four Managers each with a team of highly skilled Project managers or other project related employees including Project portfolio managers and Shutdown managers.
The PMO department is responsible for: Project Execution in production as well as support areas.
Project portfolio management incl. budgeting, reporting, and controlling.
Shutdown management.
Maintaining and developing the Project Execution model incl. standards, processes, and competences.
Project validation strategies.
You will refer directly to the head of PMO, Sabine Winther.
