Are you passionate about establishing structure and keen on project management and coordination? Do you enjoy working on different projects with numerous stakeholders, and in supporting the project management team from start to end? Then come join a newly established and growing project management office (PMO) as our Project Coordinator! This position is located in Allerød for the next 1,5 years, after this period of time, the position will be located in Hillerød. The position As our new Project Coordinator, you will be part of the PMO support team, in which you will provide support to the program- and project managers. You will e be part of a cross organisational project, anchored in the Packaging PMO support team. The overall project team will be responsible for implementation of highly innovative packaging lines. You can expect a wide array of tasks, but your main responsibilities will be to:
  • Coordinate tasks and deliverables between internal project team members and stakeholders outside the project and [xxxxx]
  • Collect and compile input to monthly reporting on key deliverables, milestones, and project risks
  • Support the project manager and the project team filing out and maintaining documents related to the projects, as well as creation and updates on project plans.
  • Coordinate between different stakeholders, when changes occur in the projects, an ensure that all relevant documents are in control and followed up on.
  • Be part of creating and maintaining tools, templates and “ways of working” together with PMO team colleagues
    • Qualifications To succeed in this role, we ideally expect you to have:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in e.g. Global Business Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • +2years of experience as Project Coordinator within a PMO or within logistics/supply chain.
  • A Courage and drive to engage with many stakeholders
  • Natural preference to be supportive to a project manager and project team
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
    • It would be considered an advantage if you also have:
  • Experience working within a regulated/pharmaceutical environment
  • Experience with creation and working with templates and standard work
  • Experience within process development and implementation of production equipment
    • As a person, you are supportive, and service minded. You work systematically and are well organized. You are pro-active, curious, and eager to learn - and you can navigate also when the path is not yet well described. You have strong execution, communication and collaboration skills and a proven ability to collaborate within a complex organisation. You easily build trust in your relationships and get commitment from internal and external stakeholders. About the department Finished Products Manufacturing, Science and Technology (FPMSAT) is responsible for the industrialisation of all medical devices at [xxxxx]. We are an end-to-end corporate organisation developing products for high volume production, establishing control strategy of the products, improving, and implementing the production equipment at the production sites in different parts of the world.
