Your role as SAP Process specialist
We are looking for a team member to our Business Applications Support (BAS) team with responsibility over Commercial Operations business processes definition and improvement. We implement, optimize and support our SAP solution globally.
This position requires an individual that will be able to develop good working relationships with senior management across ALK sites. Overview of Pharma Commercial Operations will be very useful, as this position will be partnering with most sales directors and will help CO area to develop their application landscape.

You will be part of a very dynamic department with highly skilled colleagues from several countries. We are evolving rapidly and are in very close contact with many different areas of the organization in all ALK sites. The team is located in Hørsholm, Denmark and Madrid, Spain. The position is in Hørsholm.

- Support Commercial Operations business process areas
- Maintain ALK SAP business process template (SD Module)
- Identify and implement global business process enhancements in collaboration with our IT SAP team
- Lead & participate in site implementation projects (new functionality or roll-outs)

Your qualifications:
- Bachelor or Masters Degree; Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Engineer
- +5 years’ experience in superuser role or support organization
- Having participated in at least one ERP implementation project is preferred
- Experience with GxP and Pharma industry will be preferred
- Have experience with implementation and validation of IT systems
- Superuser knowledge of SAP SD and logistics modules
- You are able to work independently
- You are proactive, service-minded and a team-player
- You have good stakeholder management skills
- Have the flexibility totravel around 20-40 days a year to our international locations
- Speak and write English effortlessly
