Adcendo ApS is a Copenhagen-based biotech company dedicated to developing highly differentiated antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) for treatment of high unmet need cancer indications. The company was founded in 2017 as a spin-out from The Finsen Laboratory of The University of Copenhagen and Rigshospitalet, and has been part of Bioinnovation Institutes Creation House program.
The company recently closed a €51m series A financing round, and welcomed Michael Pehl, formerly CEO of GEMoaB & Immunomedics and President of Hematology & Oncology at Celgene, as our new CEO.
We are seeking a highly collaborative, scientifically and intellectually curious Project Manager to join our team.
Your role will be to give hands-on support to the COO and management team in terms of planning and tracking key corporate workstreams, as well as assisting with day-to-day operations.

The optimal candidate will be an experienced project manager, with a scientific background and experience in life sciences (MSc/BSc in biology, chemistry, pharmacy or comparable) as well as industry experience. Will have experience with Microsoft Project, or similar software. Will have a hands-on mentality, cross-functional and can-do-attitude, combined with good communication skills. Previous involvement into IND-enabling studies and/or early-stage clinical studies would be considered a plus.
The position reports to the COO and collaborates closely with management.
The position is full time, and the place of work will be at the offices of Adcendo, situated with Bioinnovation Institute / COBIS, Ole Maaløes Vej 3, 2200 Copenhagen N.

- Tracking, coordinating, and helping execute scientific activities in the context of meeting overall plans, timelines, budgets and target milestones.
- Maintain and update project plans for key corporate workstreams.
- Coordinating external collaborations as well as coordinating meetings with the Board of Directors and Advisory Boards.
- Tracking of Corporate Objectives; tracking and regular updates of Corporate Scorecard.
Additional responsibilities
- Planning and follow-up on internal and external meetings.
- Maintain IT infrastructure via team folders and/or Sharepoint.
- Assist with external communication.
- Assist with financial tasks.
