Experienced Project Manager – Product Development Tytex is all about making healthcare more human. Join us and our continuous journey of developing, manufacturing and selling textile solutions for special medical needs. We are highly specialized within medical textiles ranging from post-op care to compression garments and incontinence solutions. We are looking for you – a highly specialized and skilled Project Manager to drive our important and complex product development projects within healthcare.
Your role and responsibilities With this role you will have full responsibility of your own project portfolio and be driving projects from beginning until end focusing on a high satisfaction and delivery rate. Your project portfolio will include projects ranging from 3 to 12 months. You will be responsible for driving all phases of the projects whether the project is initiated from our customers, management or within Tytex own brand.

Your role and responsibilities With this role you will have full responsibility of your own project portfolio and be driving projects from beginning until end focusing on a high satisfaction and delivery rate. Your project portfolio will include projects ranging from 3 to 12 months. You will be responsible for driving all phases of the projects whether the project is initiated from our customers, management or within Tytex own brand.
Your main tasks and overall responsibilities will include
- Pre-analysis for decision making in order to determine if a project is feasible
- Managing stage-gate processes, consistency and accuracy of project planning, information flow and project documentation
- Planning and coordinating commercial product development activities to ensure timely and rightly completion and delivery within the agreed financial frames
- Simulation and calculation of cost prices to ensure cost efficiency at all times
- Participation in customer meetings both inside and outside Denmark
- Coordination and close co-operation with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Continuously ensuring efficient project processes
The ideal candidate Your professional skills
- minimum 3 years of experience with hands on Project Management of complex product development projects in an international setup
- a strong theoretical background preferably within Project Management
- fluent in both Danish and English at the highest professional level. Do you master German as well will be seen as an advantage
- experienced working amongst many stakeholders, cross-organizational and cross-country and communicate at a high level at all time

- are driven by getting things done in a structured and preventive way with timely manner
- are being responsible and taking ownership of your projects – and it is in your nature to do so
- have the ability to focus on the details as well as having the greater overview
- have the ability to keep momentum during longer projects as well as you thrive with closing smaller projects
