In Sales & Project Execution, we are looking for new colleagues within Project Management, Construction Management, Technical Project Management and Project planning. Sales & Project Execution is looking for both Junior and Senior applicants to apply for our current Technical Project Manager vacancy.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Our customer is an international company, specialized in pharma engineering. The company helps pharmaceutical companies bring products to market by providing flexible, compliant and future-proof solutions.
Based in Denmark, you will work in a project-oriented climate supporting primarily projects for our customers in Denmark. Our projects cover the full range from small-scale production to high-volume production facilities.
You will join our Sales & Project Execution area consisting approximately 130 highly skilled employees. As one of our new, experienced colleagues, you will be involved in phases from basic, detailed design to construction, commissioning and hand-over. You will work as a consultant to our customers independently or as part of a project team within Sales & Project Execution.
As Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for management of engineering activities on our major projects. As a key member of the project management group, you will play a significant role in specification of engineering activities, technical scope definition, scope management, and for leading review and verification activities to ensure cross-disciplinary consistency and compliance with our customers Methods & Systems. You have exceptional communication and leadership skills – you are driven by leading and motivating project teams.
Required Qualifications:
We offer a position in a very well established company with a high level of professional competence and a strong team spirit. The work culture is influenced by the pace and opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry.
As a start the job will be a temporary position for 12 months (with contract for 2x6 months) -and if you do the job well and the company has an open headcount - it will most likely end up in a permanent position.
Our customer works with consultancy, development, implementation and validation of Automation Solutions for the Pharma and Biotech Industries. The company works in projects and base their solutions on a deep understanding of the customers’ production processes – and if standard components can’t do the job, they develop otheir own. Our customer master a broad range of process areas within API production e.g. Fermentation, Recovery and Purification, Utility and Cleaning Systems.

- You show leadership and secure that the project engineering teams work efficiently.
- You ensure project compliance and ensure that the quality system, standards and methods, are the basis for execution as applicable.
- You coordinate, monitor and follow up on project deliverables and activities
- You evaluate, challenge and provide input to the project director
- You secure that the project teams are organised in a way that allows full utilization across projects and ensure feedback and development of team members.
- It is a requirement that you speak Danish and live in Denmark.
Required Qualifications:
- You have a M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering or similar and more than 3 years of experience, hereof minimum 1 year as technical project manager on engineering projects.
- You are fluent in Danish and English (spoken and written) and you live in Denmark
- You have knowledge of all project execution phases
- You have leadership experience from working with project teams
- You have experience in coaching project team member
