As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving improvement projects focusing on processes from idea to implementation.
This includes being responsible for:
• Stakeholder and team involvement and engagement
• Project plan
• Solution development and implementation
With every idea and project, you will build and expand your network across and through close collaboration with decision-makers, project owners, process specialists, and colleagues. Additionally, you will gain insight into processes, systems, value chains, and challenges while strengthening your skills to navigate, negotiate, drive innovation, and implement changes.
Our team is responsible for supporting the integration of new commercial investments, new regulatory requirements, and new digital solutions into the Novo Nordisk culture and business. There are a lot of things need to be agreed and aligned with multiple stakeholders at different levels. Hence, we are looking for a new colleague who can approach processes from different perspectives, assess the needs of the organization, understand the business drivers as well as the end-users, facilitate innovative thinking and drive improvements that matters, are feasible, viable and sustainable. You will play a key role in bringing employees and decision makers along as we work to align multiple stakeholders at different levels. Qualifications
To excel in this role, you have:
• Master’s degree in life science or a solid understanding of the value chain developed while working in the pharma industry/clinical development for several years.
• Project manager experience, preferably with a track record of driving cross functional improvement projects within the pharmaceutical industry. Can prepare a business case, a project plan, a stakeholder map, a risk assessment, and communication and implementation plans.
• Familiarity with the value chain, and the general processes.
• Strong in people skills, facilitation, negotiation, and communication and can create trust, engagement, and commitment.
On a personal level you have an objective and tend to be analytical, with a pragmatic mind-set. You are active listener and curious, with the ability to switch between a helicopter view and a detailed approach as needed. We expect you to work independently while continuously collaborating and exchanging ideas with colleagues. About the department
