Opportunity
We offer a super exciting role where you will be 50/50 Project coordinator and department coordinator supporting the leaders in the department with managing the flow and coordinator of broader team including budget management and various admin tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure documentation for the project
- Track progress against the plan
- Monitor cost, timescales and resources used, and recommend action
where these deviate from agreed tolerances - Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Coordinate project phases and scheduling
- Provide technical support and issue management
- Establish effective communications with stakeholders
Furthermore you may:
- Have leadership responsibility for a small project team
- Be responsible for delivery of project plan, scope, cost, work
schedule, design and build as well as contractual deliverables - Carry out detailed requirements analysis and sizing of project team
- Manage project resources including subcontractors
- Be responsible for ensuring delivery to the project plan and budget.
We are looking for
The ideal candidate will have solid experience from a similar role – with a proven track record and a can-do attitude. Alternatively you can be a recent graduate from CBS, who is passionate about projects and interested in doing some of the admin work, to get a good entry role as a project coordinator.
You are pro-active and efficient, and you are an excellent communicator who enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders.
Most importantly you have with a strong eye for details, have very good organizational and analytical skills and have a willingness to learn new things.
You master:
Secure handling of MS Office packages
Good English both spoken and written
High level of initiative and teamwork as well as situation-appropriate communication behavior
