By 2022 DFDS is set to move into our new Headquarters on Marmormolen in Nordhavn. This is a big project that demands many internal resources to drive forward. We have set a core project team to manage the project and ensure that we successfully reach the initiation deadline.
In this position you are guaranteed a challenging and demanding job with a steep learning curve as part of an integral group with a direct impact on the future working environment of 700 people in a large international, market leading company.
Responsibilities
As an integral part of the core project team you will manage and administrate all involved actors in the project as well as stakeholders surrounding the project. The tasks include all aspects of building and construction project management with an initial and ongoing focus on:
The workload expectancy should be 20 hours a week.
Profile
We expect you to be enrolled as a bachelor student where you have gained or is currently gaining insight about the world of building and construction and project management.
You have a great passion for engineering and building & construction. Furthermore, you have great project management skills and find both interest, curiosity and joy in prioritizing the interests and inputs from many different stakeholders. Great presentation and power point skills are also in your repertoire. Good Danish skills is a need for this position.

- Calendar, timeline and documentation management for all actors involved
- Project Resource management
- Presentations of project stage plan and resource needs
