As our Project Manager you’ll help boost our operations in Denmark and Norway. That means overseeing initiatives from beginning to end to taking on exciting challenges on an everyday basis. Are you ready to hit the ground running?

Do you like dealing with a wide range of people across the world? - Then you’re in the right place! As well as being a key contact point for colleagues across the department, you’ll help ensure that internal and external players are aligned on communication and coordination on projects.
Using your business knowledge, you can transform our needs into impactful projects. As part of an ever-expanding part of the company, you’ll also have the opportunity to:
- Work as Project Manager on a numerous of projects e.g. establishing infrastructure, implementation of vehicles, work on process optimization together with restaurant partners and internal key stakeholders
- Implement and train the organization in Standard Operation Procedures (SOP)
- Host meetings to coordinate projects and regularly report your findings
- Focus on continuously improving, standardising and automating our processes
- Analyse data, perform research and write a business case
- Prepare recommendations and implement them for future initiatives
- Translate project plans into detailed roll-out for our initiatives (we use Asana for Project Management).
- Deliver measurable results
- Focus on continuously improving, standardising and automating our processes
You are
- A good team player and are confident taking ownership of projects - from idea to solid implementation
- Bringing detail-oriented, organised and enthusiastic approach to your role
- Enjoying being part of a fast-paced environment that requires you to take in the new challenges that constant arises
- Naturally collect important information during the project (e.g. regarding budget, risks, changes)
- Operationally strong and a great multi-tasker
- A solid stakeholder manager and understand the value of trusted collaboration
- An excellent communicator (verbal and written); native Danish and proficient/fluent English. Knowledge of Norwegian is a plus
- 4+ years’ experience in project management, preferably in an operational environment and combined with a certification in Prince2, IPMA or similar is a plus
