About the Opportunity
Join Sanofi Genzyme Denmark as Country Lead Project Manager & Marketing Coordinator Rare Disease. In this role you will be responsible for supporting Country Lead and Country Council with implementation of Roadmap Strategies and projects, providing marketing and administrative support to Field Product Managers (FPM), Medicals and Franchise Lead in all activities relating to sales, medical marketing, market access and public affairs and ensuring activities are in line with local market regulations, promotional rules and internal standards, guidelines and SOPs

Key responsibilities
- Support Country Lead and Country Council to implement Roadmap Strategies. Support Country Lead with Country Governance (Townhalls, Strategic Workshops, LT meetings, etc.)
- Actively support Country Committees (MAPA, MRPQ, etc.) when needed. Drive ad hoc projects coming from Global or MCO level (i.e. audits, simplification efforts, etc.)
- Support and drive process related to congress and meeting planning (preparing and organizing logistics of events, correspondence & information to guests for congresses/symposia/national meetings etc.)
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to initiate, implement, and follow up on planned sales and marketing activities according to deadline and responsibility. Track costs and follow internal processes relating to procurement in dedicated projects in close collaboration with Product Managers/Franchise Leads.
- Supporting and handling HCP contracts and arrange payment of various honorariums and expenses when working with external experts. Supporting and handling contracts with Patient Advocacy Groups, HCP Organizations, and other types of sponsorships. Supporting and handling of purchase orders (PO)
- Coordinate initiation of internal approval/re-approval of marketing material/promotional activities/sponsorships in PromoMat incl. notification to ENLI. Contact with vendors, optimizing the collaboration and negotiating with them in the best interest of Sanofi Genzyme
- Be an active part in the digital transformation and take lead and responsibility in digital marketing activities in collaboration with the FPM
- Build relations internally and be involved in the Marketing Coordinator group. Cooperate with Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, and other internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with promotional rules and internal SOPs
- Take responsibility for the use of approved templates and that material is in accordance with local and Sanofi rules. Be a driving force in systemizing and optimizing the internal processes.
About you
- Education in Business Administration.
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant or similar position within the pharma sector, Knowledge of local promotional rules in pharma is an advantage.
- Ability to work cross functionally and coordinate activities with multiple stakeholders.
- Possess a high degree of attention to details and a high-level quality.
- Good understanding/experience with sales, marketing and communication in a highly specialized area.
- Proactive, structured and with a winning mindset.
- Communication, project management, attention to details, team player skills.
- Oral and written fluency in Danish and English.
