About the Opportunity
Join Sanofi Business Operations & Support team (BO&S) as Omnichannel Project Manager Northern Europe. In this role you are responsible for driving the business within Omnichannel and digital insights, external landscape and solutions with the aim of bringing Sanofi among the leaders in Omnichannel excellence in the pharmaceutical industry.

About growing with us
In this role you will…
- Support the immunology business in the execution of their omnichannel transformation journey.
- Deliver omnichannel assets from concept to maintenance phase.
- Lead (external and internal) multi-disciplinary agile project teams to execute projects in time and budget and according to expectations.
- Work in close contact with Omnichannel Leads and the business to create solutions that are scalable across the region and GBUs (where applicable).
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor’s progress.
- Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks.
- Drive pro-actively the Digital transformation inside the business on a North Europe level.
- Support the Digital transformation on a local level by participating/leading the local digital tribe.
About you
Qualifications/ Education & work experience
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in digital marketing and great interest in IT and other new media (apps, social,…) or in Business Administration.
- 3+ years of experience or interest in pharmaceutical industry is an asset.
- General all-round digital skills (SEO, UX, SEA, Social Media, CMS, Google Analytics, eMail, etc.).
- Thinks data first and is able to translate these data into actionable insights.
- Experience with Sales Force Marketing Cloud and Veeva is an asset.
- Previous experience within similar area is an asset (digital project management) and or in digital agencies or tech start up is an asset.
- Understanding of healthcare customer journeys is a plus.
- Pro-active, project management, flexible, leadership and customer centric skills.
- Oral and written fluency in English, other language is an asset.
