You will join our IT Strategy Team
As our new IT Strategy Manager you will be part of a small but growing team driving the definition and execution of IT Strategy across the Ramboll Group. We are quickly turning IT Strategy from power point into action, and from a project into an ongoing capability. You will help the IT Leadership team and the wider organisation deliver on the IT Strategy, as well as identify and define new strategic initiatives and projects.

You will join our IT Strategy Team
As our new IT Strategy Manager you will be part of a small but growing team driving the definition and execution of IT Strategy across the Ramboll Group. We are quickly turning IT Strategy from power point into action, and from a project into an ongoing capability. You will help the IT Leadership team and the wider organisation deliver on the IT Strategy, as well as identify and define new strategic initiatives and projects.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Act as programme manager for the IT Strategy execution. Follow up on projects and initiatives in the Roadmaps and ensure their successful delivery
- Project manage selected projects from the IT Strategy
- Manage the continuous update of the Strategy Roadmaps as well as the annual strategy refresh
- Work with the IT Leadership team and other stakeholders to prepare decision making in line with the IT Governance
- Manage methodology, templates and reporting for the IT Strategy process
- Work with key stakeholders in other Group functions and business to align IT Strategy with their objectives and plans
- Contribute to the IT Strategy team, to strengthen the function overall
Your starting point for constant growth
From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:
- Master's degree in business, IT, or a related field of study, or equivalent experience
- Five or more years of experience in an IT PMO, CIO Office or strategy function
- Hands on experience with Project Management. Programme management experience is a plus, but not a requirement
- Previous exposure to strategy work, ideally within IT
- Capabilities needed to work in an international environment. Including; proficiency in the English language, cultural understanding and willingness to travel
