The ETrading Client Services team services Saxo Bank’s institutional API clients. We are a global team working across Saxo Bank’s offices in London, Copenhagen, and Singapore, operating 24/5½ on behalf of our clients. The team sits under the Trading & Market Access organization within the Bank. We manage clients through the pre-sales and onboarding phase, monitor their execution & liquidity, and deal with any issues that may arise.
Job Description
The role of Project Manager has three broad responsibilities:
(1) Pre-Sales Support & Onboarding: managing the onboarding of new clients
• Onboarding pipeline management & lead evaluation
• Client needs/offering gap analysis & explanation (internal with Sales Rep & external with Client)
• Demo client configuration, development assistance, and support
• Live client configuration, certification & hypercare
(2) Live Trading: post go-live management of clients
• Setup issue troubleshooting/resolution
• Credit monitoring
• Liquidity & execution monitoring, evaluation, optimization… (i.e. is this the best solution for this client)
• New Vendor / New Solution testing/UAT
• Ad-hoc reporting & investigation
(3) Problem Resolution: issue management & resolution for clients
• High touch Client contact & communication.
• Diagnosis, workaround, and resolution of problems (internal, vendor, LP)
• Specification & managing follow-up with appropriate department for fixes
• Log analysis & end-to-end traces of issues
• Matching & exposure break resolutionYour Profile :
As a person you are results-driven, outgoing and a team player. You are curious of nature and take ownership of your tasks. We are looking for a candidate with the following background and qualifications.
Background:
- A degree in a numerate subject, ex. economics/finance, mathematics, or the sciences
- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role or internship
- Experience in working with data (ex. reporting, reconciliation, analysis)
- Experience in a customer-facing or support role
- Capable of participating in the team’s 24/5½ shift coverage. There is a rotating 2-week duration morning shift running from 06:00 to 15:00 Singapore Time
Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint)
- Past experience working with FIX Protocol
- Past experience participating in project work, planning, or in support of a project manager
- Past experience preparing documentation, presentations, or proposals
- Past experience communicating directly with clients in-person or via phone & email
- Past experience working with data in SQL
- Strong interest in finance and trading
- Strong general IT/technical skills
