Project Manager – Digital Health Solutions – Denmark
We are looking for a Project Manager to support implementation of our Digital Health Solutions (DHS). Getinge DHS provides world- class IT systems for operating rooms, intensive care units, central sterile supply departments and other hospital divisions. As Project Manager you will have a key role in securing that our solutions are implemented with the highest quality.
As Project manager you will support the implementation of high quality and complex projects primarily in Denmark and the Nordics. You will be part of a global team of Project Managers and report to the Senior Manager Delivery Excellence based in Copenhagen.
As a Project manager you are a passionate driven individual, who thrives in a fastpace environment. You flourish with teamwork, best practice sharing and high quality in project management deliverables.
You have a structured approach to your work, and a solid understanding of hospital processes and environment. You use your problem-solving mindset to accommodate customer needs and you collaborative skills to create win-win solutions. Their will be a board number of stakeholders which include customers, Technical Service Specialists, Sales Managers and Service Technicians.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end project management of implementation projects to secure on time delivery to meet customer expectations. This includes project planning, resource and budget estimation and allocation, customer acceptance and risk management.
- Acting as the primary After-Sales customer touchpoint during the implementation phase of a digital health solutions project, main focus is T-doc tracking system for sterile supply departments.
- Customer’s interaction to understand their unique requirements, situation and scope.
- Collaborate with other Project Managers to continue to improve and update best practices for our project management approach
- Strategic consolidation of projects

Your experience includes:
- 3- 5 years experience working as a project manager or alike
- Min. a bachelor degree within Healthcare, IT or engineering
- Previous experience in implementation of software solutions is a requirement
- Experience from the healthcare industry is an advantage
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Stakeholder management
- Self- driven and customer-focused
- One Scandinavian language is a requirement
