OVERVIEW
Following further contract awards we are actively seeking to recruit a professional and career minded Project Manager for Port Structures to join our highly skilled Marine team, based from our head office in Lyngby, Denmark
The role will see you managing and designing small to medium port projects during all project phases, from conceptual design to detailed design, for contractors or as client's consultant. Port projects will include typical disciplines such as marine structures, geotechnics, hydraulics, pavement, drainage, electrical, etc. As Project Manager, we expect that you able to manage those port projects but also it is important that you have design experience and technical knowledge about the typical disciplines included in them.
BE PART OF AN INTERNATIONAL WORK ENVIRONMENT
As Project Manager for port structures, you will be supporting our growing portfolio of marine work in Scandinavia (Denmark, Norway and Sweden) and will also have the opportunity to work on international marine projects.
You will be accountable for supporting business development in Scandinavia in close cooperation with our market director for Scandinavia with the goal of expanding our pipeline within port and waterfront development projects. This includes developing and maintaining a good relationship to external clients, our internal business partners and coordinating and preparing proposals.
Finally, there is also the possibility to develop into a role in the line management.

You hold master's degree in Structural engineering and have relevant experience with design management related to marine or port structures. You have experience related to:
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of structural design, especially in the fields of port structures design as well as knowledge about the geotechnics associated to them
- Good insight in construction methods and contractor`s capabilities and restrictions
- Good insight to the marine market in Denmark, and preferably also in Norway and Sweden, as well as a network to potential Clients for marine works in Scandinavia
Furthermore, you can recognise yourself in the following statements:
