Therefore, we are currently looking for a HR System & Process Specialist to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.
Team and Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Data & Systems Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of HR data and work closely with HR systems to ensure the digitization and automation of HR processes. Your work will involve the implementation of innovative strategies to digitalize HR workflows and optimize the use of our existing ERP and HR systems. Additionally, you will manage prioritized projects within the HR domain, facilitating process optimization and design activities.
Key Responsibilities
The job has three cornerstones:
1. Ownership of HR Data and HR Systems:
- Take ownership of HR data and work with HR systems to secure the digitization and automation of HR processes.
- Implement new ways to digitalize HR processes and optimize the use of existing ERP and HR systems.
- Run prioritized projects within the HR domain, including facilitating process optimization and process design activities.
2. Data Development and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain HR data to enable accurate and timely HR data reporting and analysis.
- Support decision-making across functions by providing insights into key HR metrics and KPIs, driving improvements in workforce planning, performance, and operational efficiency.
3. HR IT Systems Management and Project Oversight:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of functionality in HR IT systems and convey IT functionality to the HR department and super users
- Drive and define the HR digital roadmap in collaboration with IT.
- Create and manage an overview of your projects regarding scope, timeline, resources, and deliverables.
- Effectively set and communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Work with stakeholders and project teams to ensure the delivery of key project milestones on time and within budget and resources.
- Stay up to date on developments in the HR IT systems market.
Qualifications
With the complexity of our business and system landscape, we are looking for someone with extensive experience working with HR systems, and preferably SuccessFactors and ERP systems, with a proven track record in process design and implementation. You possess a high degree of business acumen, and your pragmatic yet structured approach allows you to translate business needs into actionable projects. You have successfully completed several large-scale digitalization projects within international organizations, showcasing your ability to manage complexity across departments and countries.

Education and Skills
A bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, HR, Finance, or a related field is preferred, but practical experience is key. You have strong expertise in HR and ERP systems, with a proven track record in process design and implementation. Your experience managing complex digitalization projects across departments and countries is crucial. With a high personal drive, curiosity, and a fact-based approach, you excel at turning ideas into actions. You possess excellent communication skills in English and are proficient in ERP/HRIS/HCM systems and Excel.
