Job Description
Danfoss is looking for candidates for different open positions within our One ERP Program Management Office. We are responsible for helping the One ERP team members to adopt and use our tools and processes, making detailed plan fittings to the overall project plan and report on progress and plan adherence, all being a part of the overall program methodology. To achieve this, you will need to collaborate closely with colleagues from all over the world, primarily working out of Flensburg.
The main areas of responsibility in the Program Office are:

You are expected to be familiar with most of the below-mentioned topics, ideally with experience from a PMO environment, but how you have gathered your experience is less important, if you bring the right mindset:
On a more personal note, you have great and effective communication skills and can manage a wide, global group of stakeholders. You are great at analyzing and coordinating. You take ownership of tasks from beginning to end, leading by example in being proactive, confident and outgoing. You are a self-starter and possesses quickly the ability to learn new technologies.

- Following up on plan adherence, highlighting consequences of plan adjustments
- Status reports to Team leads and project management as well as participating in status meetings
- Track quality issues and calling attention to/wards corrective action(s)
- Contribute to continuous improvement of tasks in terms of Methodology deliverables, tools, templates and procedures
- Cooperate with the Danfoss Robotics team towards automation of reports and dashboards
