Job Description

Overall, you have the responsibility for leading all HR and people interactions for Total Expedition and Production DK (TEPDK). You are acting as advisor during people reviews by assisting managers to best guide and set employees for future career success. Finally, you are responsible for the HR Talent Developer support to approximately 150 employees.

These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:

  • Talent/Career Management, Workforce Succession, Planning, HR campaigns, Organisational Design and Employee Engagement initiatives;
  • Drive OneHR ways of working with HR TCS;
  • Create a work-place where development is through enabling, and not directing;
  • Build a confidence in employees that a front-end HR support is available for career, behavioral and coaching advice;
  • To support managers during transition into Better Together expectation and performance;
  • General HR Talent Developer support such as supporting stages of job change, conducting and assisting employees with career assessments;
  • Development and deployment of employees talent;
  • Support, challenge and develop managers in role of Manager-Coach;
  • Serve as primary HR liaison area of responsibility, HR campaigns, build positive relationships, etc.

As HR Talent developer, you will be able to shape and develop a central role as a partner which is sparing with team leads and managers on impacts, and solutions around HR and people management proposals and processes. This is with the possibility to continuously learn and develop your competencies when driving improvement in how managers interact and commit to their teams – to move leaders from directing to enabling. You will get to use your knowledge and experience by embed a new organization with key focus on setting expectation of behavior and ways of working.

Candidate profile

It is important that you possess a safety mindset and address the job with a strong understanding of the business and people. Naturally, you thrive in a highly independent and visible position in a free and dynamic working environment. Moreover, this position calls for the ability to liaise with persons at all levels of the organization and speak out with confidence. This is with a strong coach and facilitator mindset, where you are the face of HR towards the employees and ensure they are provided entitled career development path, therefore a result driven focus on learning and Change Management expertise, and the comfortability in fast changing environment is relevant. Also, excellent interpersonal and communicative skills are essential in order to provide sparring and guidance to management on all matters. We are looking for a strong team player with the ability to build relationships and work constructively with others to achieve business goals.

Your background

  • Relevant degree or other professional HR qualifications and several years’ of experience
  • Broad and deep HR knowledge and expertise
  • Strong level of general business acumen with the ability to understand and articulate the needs of the business in an HR context.
  • A mindset of improvement and waste elimination
  • Proficiency in oral and written English
