Job Description


Takeda Pharma A/S in Hobro, Denmark, is looking for Project Coordinator for 12 month

Takeda Pharma A/S in Denmark is one of the largest suppliers of prescription and non-prescription medications.

Takeda Hobro is a production unit with 60 employees. We produce a broad range of prescription and “over-the-counter” products mainly to the Nordic marked. When you work for Takeda Hobro you make a positive difference for thousands of patients and customers.

Primary Tasks:

  • Coordinate all activities for local divestment team (timelines, information, decision recording, schedule follow up, local meetings coordination)
  • Archiving
  • Prepare supporting documentation
  • Test new system set-up
  • Prepare local communication
  • Other support tasks for Site Manager, Business Partner EHS, HR, Compliance and Communication

Competences:

  • Good communication skills in Danish and English
  • Project coordination experience
  • Flexible
  • Structured
  • Used to work with systems (project, finance, HR)
