The company has recently added an acquisition to its portfolio, and in order to make this acquisition an absolute success, our customer is preparing a strong and wide-span integration program. The Business Project Manager position will be instrumental in the integration of the added company.
Unique key role
The Business Project Manager position is a unique key role in the organisation, and it gives a rare opportunity for a talented and ambitious person to be involved in the daily management of an international high-tech player as well as in the long term execution of an ambitious growth strategy.
The responsibilities are wide and can be summarized into three areas:
Strategic scope
With a reporting line to the CEO, the position provides an opportunity to be involved in multiple strategic business projects across the value chain and organisation units. The working life will be challenging and busy but also funny, inspirational and varying. You will be based in Northern Jutland in a headquarter with an inspiring and warm atmosphere, and when life gets back to normal, some level of travel activities can be expected.
Strong capabilities within project management and change management is required, and stakeholder management and communication skills on high level will also be needed. You have a good flair for IT and software-based solutions and knows how to make a good business case, management presentation and market report. You have been exposed to international business before and know how to navigate in a global organisation.
Portfolio management in a global perspective
You are expected to hold a Master’s degree as cand.merc. or similar with a commercial or financial expertise, and have 5-10 years of professional experience behind you. Maybe you have worked in a consultancy company and are acquainted with project and portfolio management, change management, business integration between companies, departments or cultures. It will be an advantage if you have experience within quality management, IT security, GDPR or other areas of compliance.
You are structured, hard-working and enjoy a dynamic and hectic environment. You have an extrovert and customer-oriented personality and with an open and curious mindset, you are driven towards constant personal development. Your colleagues perceive you as a robust and strong person as well as a true team-player.

Unique key role
The Business Project Manager position is a unique key role in the organisation, and it gives a rare opportunity for a talented and ambitious person to be involved in the daily management of an international high-tech player as well as in the long term execution of an ambitious growth strategy.
The responsibilities are wide and can be summarized into three areas:
- Head the Integration Office, where all integration initiatives between the new acquired company and our customer will be anchored
- Build and lead a new Project Management Office covering all internal, strategic change projects in the organisation
- Act as Executive Assistant and support the management and the board of directors with various analyses and presentations
