We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Validation Standards department at Novo Nordisk and take the lead in implementing the standardization process for validation activities. Apply today for a life-changing career! The Position As a Project Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:
  • Build and enable solid processes and communication channels.
  • Support stakeholders across the world in adapting and complying with the standard.
  • Act as the point of contact and develop the governance to ensure maintenance of the generic validation schedule and the standardized validation setup.
  • Drive the process of implementing the refinement and improvement of the standard.
  • Assist in setting the strategic direction for the standard.
  • Facilitate workshops and ensure timely and clear communication to stakeholders.
    • Qualifications To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
  • Proven track record within project management, preferably in a global organization.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in validation activities and best practices.
  • Ability to drive process improvement and standardization initiatives.
  • Experience in setting strategic direction for projects.
  • Experience with LEAN and optimizations will be considered as an advantage.
    • As a person, you have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. About the department The Validation Standards department at Novo Nordisk is responsible for developing a global validation standard for all new Fill & Finish facilities sites. Our team of highly qualified professionals and specialists work closely with other departments to ensure the quality of the final product during the manufacturing process. We continuously develop and improve quality control processes from design to final validation. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 28,500 employees.
