The Position
As a Ramp Up Project Manager in Operational Readiness you will be responsible for overseeing and driving a standardised way of ramping up new packaging and assembly lines. This will involve extensive project management and stakeholder engagement to secure world class ramp up of our new production lines. In this role, your main responsibilities will include: Ensuring the right internal prioritization of resources when ramping up production lines globally Building the global standards for ramping up equipment Supporting failure mode analysis on the process Collaborating with Global stakeholders, constantly improving our ways of working Coordinating efforts between a multitude of projects ongoing at the same time Since this is a global facilitation role some travel activities must be expected. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: A Bachelor, Master or PhD in a relevant area and at least 5 years of experience within manufacturing on shopfloor in the pharmaceutical or food production industries Extensive project management experience with technical knowledge within packaging and assembly It would be advantageous if you have experience introducing new equipment/lines and scaling production Experience with the lean principles and tools will be highly advantageous Knowledge of different technical languages (IT, process, quality) Full proficiency in written and spoken English

You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 64,000 employees.
Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major Fill & Finish Expansion projects across Product Supply (PS) to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our Fill & Finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the facilities of the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of 20 years from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
You will be anchored in the Supply Chain and Operational Readiness department, within the Ramp Up area, building the foundation for the future operations, supporting the ambitious targets of standardization, 0 paper and full IT integration, and being part of the creation of the future organization.
Operational Readiness is a young and dynamic group, where you can influence creating a user-friendly factory that you would want to work in.
