We are seeking a Director of Test Material Supply to join our team and play a pivotal role in our Fill Finish Expansion (FFEx) program. As the Director of Test Material Supply, you will actively engage in discussions with stakeholders at any level, to help the department succeed with disciplines such as production agreements, supplier contracts, etc.
You will continuously improve the operation of the department by implementing and/or integrating into robust systems.
Your responsibilities will also include:
• Building a clear roadmap addressing risks for a stabile test material supply.
• Implementing accordingly to close supply risk gaps.
• Driving an agenda where progress and robust anchoring of solutions are key.
• Providing clear communication on supply and demand status, and impact assessment.
• Setting direction in optimization projects with both supply, quality and cost as drivers. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• Extensive experience in supply chain management.
• High stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership and strategic abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Experience in capacity planning and/or contract manufacturing is an advantage. Additionally, you have an excellent command of verbal and written English. Having a NN Production site network is considered an advantage. About the Department
Located in Lyngby, our department is crucial to primarily supply test materials to new FFEx equipment installed globally. The test material management team has developed a roadmap to address the complexities of the program, requiring full-time strategic leadership engagement. Our focus is on multiple disciplines, including finding new external suppliers, establishing reliable contracts, reflecting demand in internal production agreements, challenging and changing material use standards, and incorporating technology to reuse materials. For now we are also handling our own small scale production with a filling line and soon to add handling units, de-labelling units, and potentially warehouse management.
