Project Manager with interest in market research for Bilendi A/S in Odense
Bilendi A/S is busy conducting market research for Danish and international clients. You will be part of a team responsible for data collection and production for our offices in Odense, Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Helsinki. What we offer:
A full-time position with salary depending on your qualifications, in a young and dynamic team. The office is placed in nice and attractive localities at the Odense Harbour. Working hours will be 37 hours per week with flextime. Working hours will be within the time frame 08:00 to 17:00 at the office in Odense – 1-2 days a week from 09:00 to 17:00. 1 day a week you can work from home. As well as a weekend shift of 2 hours per day roughly once a month from home.

Our expectations of you:
- A dedicated colleague, who is easy going, systematic, has a sense of humor and not afraid of taking on new and perhaps unknown tasks.
- Enjoy systems and how to make the small tweaks that make a difference.
- Comfortable working with numbers and data.
- Able to have an overview, handle multiple workloads successfully through proper planning, and coordinating processes.
- Experience from the market research industry is a plus.
- Newly graduates with drive and relevant experience e.g. from student positions, are encouraged to apply.
Your skills:
- Speak and write English fluently, as you’ll have contact with customers worldwide.
- Fluency in either Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish is a requirement. Understanding (some of) the others is a plus.
- Interest in quantitative market research.
- Being organized and process oriented comes natural to you.
- Good IT skills, including being a super user in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
Your tasks:
- IT tasks in our market research tool – SPM
- Technical set up, sampling, and general follow up on surveys – including contact with our clients’ Project Managers. Costing and recosting offers to clients.
- Client support – making sure our clients are satisfied. You’ll be the link between our clients and our panels.
- Quality development and assurance together with the team. Including process optimization.
