This position is primarily located at our office in Ringkøbing.

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated senior project manager, who would like to work with complex product development cases creating sustainable and valuable growth for DOVISTA. This is the rare opportunity to join a team who are under constant development, and strives to work closely and effectively with stakeholders ensuring the strategic goals and objectives for the project.
Your responsibilities
DOVISTA is on an industrialization journey. A part of this journey is to simplify and harmonize the product platforms on the North European market. This major and important part of the industrialization journey is named “Leading Star”. To take the daily lead on execution of Leading Star the Senior Project Manager plays a pivoting role. With direct report to the Project Owner the Senior Project Manager will have both the accountability and the responsibility to deliver results outlined in the business case.
You will be responsible for the whole stage gate process from business case to market launch in a large program of 7 steps where they have reached step 2. The team is newly established and you will play an integral role in establishing best practice and work routines to raise the bar for project management in R&D. You will communicate and engage with stakeholders on all levels to ensure the necessary support to carry out the project. And you will anchor the commitment in concordance between what goes on in the project and the relevant expectations and opportunities in the different markets and local companies. You will deliver all elements of the project including planning, governance, risk control, change management, process facilitation and management of senior stakeholders.

Your qualifications
You bring to the position a relevant technical bachelor or master’s degree or similar, and you combine your theoretical background with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in larger organizations. It will be an advantage if you have previous experience in harmonizing and modularize product platforms across borders. Besides being a highly skilled project manager, your experience also includes working with business models, process improvements, budgeting, assets planning and team development. You will typically have experience from a similar position as senior project manager or project manager. You have a high proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant project management tools. The role also requires you to be fully proficient in English.
On a more personal level, you organize and manage the development projects with considerable initiative and structure. You have high level communications skills and are organized and disciplined in implementing projects. You are ambitious and empathetic and spend time on listing to and understanding the stakeholders in the different countries. You challenge status quo when you see opportunities for creating better business results.

Other tasks could be:
- Ongoing project management performing daily leadership and communicate in and around the project
- You scope and plan own activities based on agreed high level deliverables
- Facilitate meetings and workshops securing that the objectives are met
- Modus operanti for project execution (host of regular workshops, weekly project meetings, flash reports and sterco reporting).
- Lead a diverse team of specialists and coordinators from many parts of the organisation and drive high standards across the team using effective coaching and mentoring methods
- Coordinate making of future business cases with in the Leading Star project, and get the next steps approved by the Investment Board.
- Be ambassador for the project in the entire organization
